Guillermo “Bill” Carey is the Chief Executive Officer, Principal in Charge and Senior Project Manager.  Mr. Carey is a professional land surveyor licensed in the states of California and Nevada.  With over 18 years experience in the profession, he is the principal in charge of projects both in the public and private sectors.  His vast experience, professional approach, personable touch, precise work and commitment is what sets MAPCA apart. He is actively involved in the community and serves as a board member in several associations.
